HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS
Ordering at rolly toys® should be safe and without risk for you. Customer and thus child satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
The company rolly toys offers you a „rolly toys® – 3 Years Pro Stabil Guarantee“, because we want to do our utmost to offer our customers the highest possible service.
In the case of warranty, within the 3 Years Pro Stabil Guarantee, please contact our customer service - we will provide you with spare parts quickly and easily. To ensure a fast processing please provide us with your order, invoice or delivery note number.
 
If you still want to return your rolly toys® item, please state the reason for your return and fill out the return form.
Please note that we do not offer a replacement service. If you would like to receive another product from our product portfolio, please place a new order.
The return label will be sent to you by email after the complaint has been checked by our customer service. The return label is free of charge.

Please note:
Products are only returnable in their original condition.

This is how you send a product to rolly toys®: 
  1. Please use the return label and return note for the return, which you can request here by stating your customer, invoice and article number as well as the return reason. 
  2. Please complete the enclosed return slip and attach the completed return form for the shipment.
  3. Pack the item carefully including all corresponding accessories in the original packaging.
  4. Affix the return label on a visible position on the package. 
  5. Mail your return parcel at a DHL point of sale.
Once the return has arrived and checked, you will receive your repayment amount via the payment method you specified when playing the order.
