SHIPPING INFORMATION AND SHIPPING COSTS

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below.
If your order is shipped by DHL parcel, it will be shipped abroad via DHL EuroPaket. 
The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.

Shipping within Germany:

All orders within Germany with a value of EUR 30.00 or more are always  shipped free of charge. For all orders that DO NOT EXCEED A value of EUR 30.00 we charge only 6.95 EUR shipping costs.

Shipping abroad:

We deliver to the following countries:

If you would like to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail (service@rollytoys.de) before placing an order and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

In the case of deliveries to other countries (including outside the European Union), additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transmission of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). The shipping costs are determined as soon as you have added an item to your shopping cart.

Why are even small replacement parts shipped in boxes?
To ensure reliable shipment tracking, we send your order in boxes that meet the required shipping standards, even if the packaging may sometimes be slightly larger for smaller items.
